Seeking

At Grace Church we seek to "Go and Tell" about Jesus in many ways.  Below is a summary of the various ways we reach outward to our community:

Community activities - We have various activities, such as discussion forums, fellowship gatherings and study groups, designed to involve the youth and families within our communities.

Ecumenical Efforts - We are part of a very active Mount Washington and Sewickley Ministerium, share agreements with our Lutheran and Roman Catholic neighbors, and are participants in Diocese-wide and regional ecumenical activities.

Online Communications - The Grace Website provides a means for those around the world to obtain up-to-date information about Grace and her ministries.

Vacation Bible School - A one-week "day camp" provided as a service to local families.

Various Outreach Ministries - We participate in a number of year long and seasonal ministries that serve our community:  local food banks, food baskets and grocery store gift certificates to the needy and the Grace Giving Tree.

Missionary Support:

Shepherd's Heart - An outreach ministry to the homeless in the Pittsburgh (lower "Hill District") area.

Anglican Frontier Missions - Working with AFM reaching out to the unreached Zaza ethnic group in Southeast Turkey where there is no Christian witness.

The Dunstan's - A Grace Church family currently residing in El Salvador and providing volunteer mission work in their local community.

South American Missionary Society - The mission work of the Park family, in Lima Peru,  is supported by the Grace Church family both financially and with prayer.
