Reaching Inward

At Grace Church we seek God in many ways. Below is a summary of the various ways we reach inward to our congregation:

Adult/Children Education and Nursery - Children's Sunday School, Nursery and Adult formation are offered at various times at both Grace Church sites.

Mt. Washington:

	Discipleship Hour classes are held at 9:15 in the parish library.
	Children's Sunday School - 10:00am during the Holy Eucharist.
	Children's nursery child care is offered during the 10:00am Holy Eucharist.

Edgeworth:

	Discipleship Hour classes are held at 9:15am in the Parish Common Room.
	Children's Sunday School - 10:00am during the Holy Eucharist.
	Children's nursery child care is offered during the Sunday 10:00am Holy Eucharist.

Cursillo & Happening - Cursillo & Happening are Diocesan-wide movements (practiced internationally) which offer encouragement, support, teaching and practical advice for Christians as they live out their faith in a world often hostile to Our Lord. Our congregation actively supports and provides candidates for this ministry.

Mentors - Currently, there are active mentors for the seminary students involved at Grace with their field education. Spiritual Directors are offered and are being utilized. One-on-one relationships between members of Grace are encouraged for discipleship.

Pilgrimages, Retreats and Quiet Days - Quiet days are organized seasonally to allow us to stand back and get an overview of our steps on the pilgrims way. Weekend retreats are also offered to allow us to enter more deeply into God's presence.

Spiritual Direction - Pastoral counseling is offered to anyone with particular needs, the Sacrament of Reconciliation is always available, and one-on-one meetings with trained directors are open to anyone who wants to deepen their God ward journey.
